Ornatop, equipped with an organisational and management model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, has implemented a Whistleblowing System, through which all stakeholders (employees, external collaborators, suppliers, business partners, consultants) can report any information, learned in the workplace, on violations of national and European Union regulations committed within the company organisation.
Ornatop, with the formalisation of the Whistleblowing Procedure (link below), has sought to regulate the process of sending, receiving, analysing and processing reports, sent or transmitted by anyone, even anonymously, as well as the archiving and subsequent deletion of both the reports and the related documentation.
In order to ensure broad access to all those who wish to report violations of regulations, in good faith and in accordance with ethical principles of integrity, concerning Ornatop, an IT platform has been set up, accessible to all stakeholders by clicking on the link below.
In accordance with current legislation, the system allows reports to be sent via a guided online process without the need to register or provide personal details. Reports are managed by an independent entity outside the company with specific expertise.
Ornatop guarantees the confidentiality of the existence and content of the report, as well as the identity of the reporting parties (where disclosed) and those reported, who are guaranteed the protections provided by law.
Personal data collected as a result of reports is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (‘GDPR’) and Legislative Decree 196/2003.
