The slabs selected by Ornatop are composed of about 93%-95% pure quartz and 5%-7% resins and oxide pigments to which coloring agents are added.
Thanks to this mixture, the end product is versatile, resistant to scratches and chemicals, not porous, waterproof and resistant to stains, acids and solvents, it is easy to clean and highly hygienic.
Finishes
Ornatop has a well-stocked warehouse of slabs that allows for a wide choice of colors. In addition to the glossy finish, matte finishes are also available for some colors.

Ornatop Thicknesses and Solutions
There are two types of thicknesses available (20, 30 mm) from which, thanks to internal processing, different types of profiles can be obtained.
The 20/30 mm slabs are used to produce “full body” worktops, meaning worktops made only with slabs (no support). In this case, it is also possible to create shaped elements. In addition to the production of worktops, we are also able to offer you all the accessory elements: backsplashes, upstands, side panels, supports…
It is also possible to obtain worktops with greater thicknesses thanks to the use of a lightweight panel (100% recyclable) longitudinally reinforced by quartz bars embedded in the panel itself.
This support guarantees greater lightness of the worktop and at the same time allows to “build” a wide range of profiles and thicknesses.
