History

Born in Pesaro in 1994 thanks to the will of three partners, Ornatop has become one of the leading companies in the manufacturing of kitchen worktops in Italy. Alongside worktops and items made of ceramic and unglazed porcelain, created with the purpose of offering long lasting, easy to clean and bacteria resistant kitchen items, in 1997 the company also started to produce quartz slabs, thus widening the range of products and diversifying its offer. Later, antiqued stones with classic ornamental elements and worktops with planks and mosaics in gres conveying a definitively more modern style were added to the collection. Since January 2011, the range of products has been integrated and completed with ultra thin (3 mm) unglazed porcelain worktops, doors, floors and coverings.
Today, Ornatop can count on a manufacturing area of about 9,000 square metres, the technology of the latest machinery in the field and a technical and manufacturing staff able to respond to any requests with high professionalism. Ornatop is known for being an ever innovative company from both an organizational and manufacturing point of view, able to offer very high quality products and to guarantee, at the same time, a reliable service suitable to any needs in line with the market trends.

Ornatop offers its customers a professional and skilled technical department which avails itself of state-of-the-art tools that allow to strictly follow the quotation and production phases. The daily use of the most advanced programs for the graphic development of projects, for the optimization of materials and for the activation of control centers allows to constantly monitor the product manufacturing progress. Customer's quotations are issued quickly and are always the result of discussions and information shared with the customer, in order to assure, each time, the best solution at the best price.

Technology, training and know how

Ornatop stands for technology. From the basic crosscut of materials to the most complex product shaping and finishing operations we employ the most modern equipment. Some of the production department machines have been designed and manufactured according to our specific needs by the manufacturing companies so as to obtain tailormade equipment for our processing activities. Our company has always been committed towards staff professional training: thanks to our counselors, we organize courses and stages that provide know-how and experience. Ornatop follows strict safety protocols and performs constant controls on the working environment, on the tools and on the handling activities.

Precision solutions

Ornatop, thanks to an average production capacity of 200 worktops per day, combines a high degree of industrialization and a sophisticated level of craftsmanship, both qualities that allow to carry out "tailor made" compositions for the customer. Worktops, back panels, breakfast tops, finishing end sides, supports for islands, fronts, refrigerator cabinets, walls and bases are all elements that are manufactured with the highest degree of precision. The accuracy and care with which we carry out the various compositions of materials lead to one of the most important factors of the product's success:quality. Quality is namely the major characteristic of each single element and the accuracy paid by the controlling department is a guarantee on the product.

From project to consignment

The thousand quartz and ultra-fine gres plates in their various colours and finishings, the tiles and the related "special parts" in various sizes and colours are always available from warehouse allowing us to deliver any order with just-in-time consignments. The production and consignment times differ from material to material but are always fast so that we can satisfy each kind of customer. The assembling of worktop appliances, the construction of under worktop sink holes with the same material, the packing for containers or for specific foreign customers and, in general, any out-of-standard processings do not interfere with consignment times that are always respected. To complete our activity, we feature an aftersale assistance service to support the customer on the use and maintenance of our products and for possible recovery interventions or suggestion on the assembling phase.
